The vain criminal finds a more forceful response to the assumption that “the whole environment” belongs to him. And the answer received by these swindling gentlemen comes better defined, and of course, with an advanced strategy and tactic, to the point that it does not include only the Ministry of Interior.

It is not -exclusively- about figures that say a lot about the progress against crimes, corruption, indiscipline and illegalities that I know and back what is supported here, but we do not reveal those numbers for the necessary defense and security to ensure the effectiveness of ongoing actions. While there was an upturn of negative facts, now the curve is the other way around in closing ranks against scammers of all kinds.

This includes the theft and slaughter of large livestock and the neutralization of the theft of liquefied gas cylinders, the so-called auto thefts and unscrupulous movements in warehouses closely linked to corruption and the embezzlement of state and people’s property.

The provincial government confirms that where it was decided the urgent unity of all the factors of the community, the neighborhood and the block, immediately, it was possible to solve such unpleasant facts as the embezzlement of warehouses, diversion of products destined to butcheries, and even, subtractions of the basic food basket for minors, sick people and for the benefit of very well-defined social cases.

The tactic included joint operations and corresponding legal levels to immediately process lawsuits and sanctions. Thus, where there was an immediate removal of corrupt administrators and their employees with dubious answers, so symmetrically, the situation changed symmetrically in the neighborhood, in the family doctor’s and nurse’s offices, and in the locality.

This tactic identified failures in administrative reports and to solve them immediately, for example, the completion of personnel and surveillance shifts, security and its complements, the change in internal decision making in some places, the application of updated devices and the periodic revision of the system at the base.

It is not the same as what corresponds to the group of prevention, that the other responsible for confrontation of the crimes, in addition, of the administrative subgroups like those of the Town Council, but these and others not mentioned—intentionally—converge periodically in the Coordinating Group of the Province headed by the First Secretary of the Party, Beatriz Johnson, who regulates the actions to undertake and demands the update of the report of what has been done, its errors and advantages.

It is urgent by this method that the responsibility of each administration be updated regarding the transfer of merchandise, authorized persons, motives, amount, monetary values and the corresponding surveillance body.

The primary experience implies the validity of not remaining only in the fine but also in the follow-up of the process of material responsibility, in addition, the daily control of the reports of each inspector, the feedback and analysis, both of its preparation and the real response as confirmed, why didn’t he work or did not report it? Did he report fewer irregularities? What does the population and other sources of investigation indicate?

In short, there is a decrease in robbery by force and the theft and slaughter of large livestock. This does not mean that an upturn can appear in a day of facts against the economy because predetermined surveillance has been neglected, but, at least, there is delimitation in direct responsibility and a systematic confrontation on what to do for the prompt clarification and solution of the cases.
