A local firm has aroused interest in the eastern and national Cuban markets, first for the record of its business in such a short time; second, for its ability to make its way in the midst of complexities, and third, for the maturity shown and the professional support of the team.

Thus, it was a pleasant surprise for most of the representatives of companies and organizations attending the business workshop sponsored by the Santiago de Cuba Chamber of Commerce, as part of the preparation for ExpoCaribe 2024 and other business meetings.

MultiserfSRL, from the neighboring Bayamo city, made a professional presentation as the situation demands. It was regarded as the best, and proof of what the Chamber of Commerce seeks in the assimilation of as many tools and skills as possible to be able to move in today’s complex business market.

MultiserfSRL did not approach the audience with gibberish and slogans or vague reiteration of what has been done. In a few minutes, the senior partner, Leonor de los Dolores Estrada, PhD amazed attendants by the mastery of each of the indispensable areas for a firm, especially in the area of social communication sciences, which is not usually regarded as one of the unforgivable mistakes in this Age of Image, information and digital telecommunications.

She addressed the necessary updating and improvement in the face of legal requirements, the contract with state entities, MSMEs and proper bidding, leasing, regulations portfolio, the role of legal counsel, how to regulate prices, companies in the process of bankarization, the use of trademarks, patents, input certificates, commercial registration, changes in uses, and very importantly, the current confusion between the lease contract and the cooperative production contract with a tendency to dissociate the latter.

The young Dr. Estrada aroused the interest of the audience when she spoke about quality, the role of legal consulting and corporate identity.

Today, MultiSerFS.R.L. has started in such a way, to become one more protagonist in the entrepreneurial changes in the country, because the new eastern firm does not have significant competitors and its staff already has a body of executives, besides the growing cohesion of its corporate identity and definition of the target public with very defined niches as corroborated by constant feedback.

In the closing session, Mayra Pérez, Delegate of the Santiago de Cuba Chamber of Commerce, congratulated the young MultiSerFS.R.L., today expanding in business from the heart of eastern Cuba, a good precedent for ExpoCaribe 2024, the second Cuban commercial exchange scheduled from June 26 to 29 at the Heredia Cultural Complex, in addition, she called to reverse -positively- the results of the most important eastern commercial exchange outside the capital city.

ExpoCaribe 2024.- Santiago de Cuba is deeply involved in the preparations for the ExpoCaribe 2024 International Fair, which will soon spread open kits doors at the Heredia Cultural Complex of this city.

An event that is expected by many, this time, scheduled for June 26-29, and whose main objective is to foster trade and investment relations in the Caribbean region.

ExpoCaribe 2024 is regarded as the Caribbean’s main trade forum, and its relevance should not be overlooked. In a context of special economic situations and increased pressure due to the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the U.S. government, this fair takes on even greater importance.

The event focuses on the members of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), including the overseas islands and territories in the region. In addition, countries such as the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Mexico are expected to participate. These countries will join together to explore trade opportunities and strengthen regional integration.

International Companies and Agencies make it possible for the fair to attract companies and trade, investment and cooperation promotion agencies from Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. This meeting will be a platform for establishing connections, benchmarking and exploring possibilities for collaboration.

As objectives and opportunities, ExpoCaribe 2024 will be the ideal scenario to present the Portfolio of Business Opportunities with Foreign Investment. Cuban companies will have the opportunity to showcase their exportable supply of goods and services.

A business forum will be held where interesting projects will be presented. Some of these projects will be sponsored by local governments of Cuban eastern provinces. An ideal place for the exchange of ideas and the search for commercial partners.
